"differentially permeable membrance" is meant that a membrance only allows some of the subtances / molecules to pass through it but not ALL.

For the first question:-(T0 991150)
If both plants consist of chlorophyll, leaves and seed. They all belong to seed bearing plant. Then it is easy to find out their different by comparing wether it contains flower or not. Conifer contains seed but no flower, flowering plant contains both seed and flower. Moreover, even both of them belong to flowering plant you can compare their leaves structure and then identify them into monocot. or dicot.

Oh, thx!
Since it is a MCQ, can we choose the option "presence of flowers"? Or are there any other better options?
