我就舉些例子吧~~~~
我是正方的

●好像前些日子尹三龍那個個案，反映如果一個人有改過的決心， 終生監禁都可以被釋放∼從中可以體現到法律不外乎人情的∼
●情感係與生俱來的(孟子：論四端)，沒有人可以要求法官絕對鐵石心腸地去處理每一個個案∼再比下例子，好�ü香港的法律因為"有情"，所以就算14歲以下的罪犯犯了殺人罪都不會判終生監禁∼　就因為"有情"，所以先給機會那些未成熟的年輕罪犯改過自身的機會∼

你有否看過死亡筆記?
當中的主角都很用心扮得自己不是兇手啦,
連偵探L都要長時間才分析到他的心思
